It’s hard to put into words how valuable John has been to us during the planning and building of our new home. Both John’s architectural renderings and his design work are nothing short of impeccable. John provided us with an interactive model of our home, and he never hesitated in going above and beyond by amending his drawings right on site as we walked through our home during the various stages of its build. He is accommodating, dedicated, attentive, and has endless patience. He obviously cares very deeply about his work. Perhaps most surprising to us though - John has a very natural feel for a livable space and he was therefore able to make some suggestions that helped us add some unique and very personal touches to our home. Without him, we would never have thought of, or been able to visualize such enhancements. It goes without saying then, John has been nothing but a joy to work with and he has been vital in helping us achieve the home of our dreams. We cannot thank you enough, John. Back in 2013 we were going through a design review process with an HOA in an upscale neighborhood in North Scottsdale. It was required with our submittal we include a 3D model. Our feedback from that HOA required us to make extensive changes to our design and the company we used to construct the 1st model, made of cardboard, had a three month lead time.
